ACTIONS OF A BRAHMINY KITE..................

I managed to click these interesting pictures over the weekend in end May 2020 near Jayawardenapura  walkway


It   came down and caressed the surface  after hovering above as usual...

These  pictures were clicked within a  second and it was only a blur .... You can see a fish vaguely

To see it was an enormous Fish

This shows that may be due to the size the Kite looses the grip off the talons...

The Fish falls back in to the water and the luck is with the fish..

 

 The Kite must have thought "What a catch but I lost it "
