AN ACT OF CRUELTY ON NATURE BY MAN...?

This Spot billed Pelican has made this lamp post opposite Prima building in Rajagiriya(Sri Lanka) its home and can be seen from around 5pm till 7.30 am every day. Though the normal colour of a Pelican is brownish white, this one has turned jet black and look sick as well. May be as a result of being in polluted canals around the area…….AND IF SO WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?
