Since April this year there has been an official inter district travel restriction protocol though the authorities were slack in their approach and also a percentage of people did not adhere to the rules to a greater extent much accounting to the spread of Covid to unimaginable levels at present . I for one however abided by the rules and looked for photo opportunities in the suburbs of Colombo.
