FUN TIMES IN BUNDALA AND YALA

I was in Bundala en route to Yala in the first weekend in August with a very good friend ,his son and the nephew who was on holiday with his wife. It was special, because though my friend is an in and out visitor to Yala , due to a motor accident in which his right leg above the shin was broken he was in bed for 9 months and this was his first trip after that.

Surprisingly somewhere around end June or so a flock of around 250 Flamingos had come to BUNDALA after a  lapse of 5 years or more and we had the privilege of seeing them even from  a distance.
